Medical Insurance
Tushaus Computer Services understands that our employees lead different lives, so naturally, everyone has very different health coverage needs. Therefore we provide health insurance that offers employees a choice between three different coverage levels. This choice allows you the opportunity to select the coverage that is most in harmony with your life. Your contribution as an employee is based on which plan you choose. Tushaus contributes a minimum of 80% toward employee health plan premiums.
Dental Insurance
Tushaus provides an optional dental insurance plan. The dental plan gives you the freedom to select any dentist you prefer.
Disability Insurance
If you become disabled while employed at Tushaus, short term and long term disability can help you maintain your current way of life while you recover.
401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan
Enrollment for employee contribution to our 401(k) plan begins the first of the month following the date of hire. Our plan offers nineteen investment funds for each participant to select from. For your convenience, you may change your contribution percentage and fund elections at anytime through the plan web site. Tushaus provides a discretionary match percentage of your salary deduction.
Flex Spending Plan
Employees may elect to contribute pre-tax dollars for eligible Dependent Care and/or Out-of-Pocket Medical expenses. Medical payments can be made using a plan debit card and your reimbursements can be provided to you through direct deposit if you elect these options.
Voluntary Term Life Insurance
At Tushaus Computer Services, we realize you make benefits choices based on what’s important to you and the needs of your changing lifestyle. That’s why we’ve asked Guardian Insurance Company to help expand our benefits package to offer you life insurance options at discounted group rates for you and your family. Life insurance helps provide financial security to surviving family members.
Flex-Time
What we're known and awarded for! After meeting customer and business requirements, flex-time is available to allow you flexibility in scheduling your personal commitments.
Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)
In addition to paid holidays, Paid Time Off hours are to be used as time away from work on a normally scheduled workday for purposes such as vacation, personal illness, illness of a family member, floating holiday or other personal reasons. With our flex-time benefit, Tushaus employees enjoy a work-life balance.
Employee Development
It is not easy finding people qualified to be Tushaus employees. And when we do find them, we also find that they tend to keep developing even after they've joined us. We provide them every opportunity to secure the technical certifications, exposure and classroom training necessary to allow them to operate at the top of their profession.
